To be employed with Always There, an Applicant must be fully qualified to meet our high expectations. Each Applicant has successfully completed our Seven-Step Selection Process:
Our Hiring Process:
Once an Applicant has satisfied our preliminary Selection Process, only those Applicants who exude trustworthiness and dependability, along with a great deal of experience in the field of caregiving are hired by Always There. Before pairing an Employee with a Client, Sherri holds a one-on-one meeting to educate and ensure each Employee has a complete understanding of our strict policies and procedures.
Our Pairing Process:
Our Pairing Process places us above our competitors because we are personally invested in every Client assessment and every Employee interview. This enables us to successfully match the most qualified Employee with every Client, which allows for the most seamless in-home care.
To be employed with Always There, an Applicant must be fully qualified to meet our high expectations. Each Applicant has successfully completed our Seven-Step Selection Process:
- Impressive and Articulate Resume;
- Informal Phone Interview;
- One-On-One In-Person Interview with Sherri;
- Registered as a Home Care Aide with the State of California;
- State of California Department of Justice & FBI Fingerprint Background Clearance;
- Five (5) Hours of Training, including Orientation and Health and Safety Training; and
- Reference Check.
