Sherri is a wonderful caring person and an absolute saint!! I happened to drop two checks on the ground from my pocket while loading my car. Sherri found them and drove to the homes of the persons who wrote the checks to try to return them. When she was unable to return one of them, she tracked me down and the check was returned to me. It is wonderful to know that we still live among such thoughtful people and it was great to meet another kind neighbor in Coronado. I am sure that her Always There In-Home Care exhibits this same high level of kindness!

We know that mom is happier and healthier to stay at home as long as possible, but as she has declined it has become a real challenge. The Always There team has been our backbone to make it possible. Sherri worked with us to find the right caregivers. They are very responsive when changes need to be made, and are helpful with our insurance payment process.
We are so grateful to them for giving us the support we needed to have these precious happy days with mom!

While several have moved onto other clients or opportunities, they have not been forgotten. Most recently Tamara, Talita, Ruth and Sandra have all been invaluable to us. The care and respect shown to my mother in her final months and days did not go unnoticed and brought me great peace of mind.

My name is Arlene. I live in Coronado. I have Parkinson’s Disease. I wanted to give my experience for my 2nd Covid vaccination using Always There, LLC. I used the S.D. County to have my vaccinations. For the first shot of the Covid vaccine, there was a line for an hours wait. I couldn’t stand that long with my Parkinson’s Disease so my husband stood for an hour in the line and I sat on a bench. He has heart disease and it wasn’t good for him to stand for one hour.

I had a wonderful, professional experience using the services of Always There, LLC. Sherri picked me up on time. She drove my car. When we arrived, there were two long lines taking from 1 hour to 1.5 hours. Sherri went inside the vaccination site and talked to a person in charge that I had Parkinson’s Disease and could’t stand for an hour in line. Sherri took me out of the line and took me inside and stayed with me the entire time. From the time she picked me up at my house to the time I returned home was 1.5 hours. The first vaccination took 3.5 hours.
I highly recommend Always There, LLC – In Home Care. It was a very pleasant experience.

After contacting a number of home care resources, we employed Always There, LLC – In Home Care to provide caregiving services for Mildred. They began work immediately following her discharge on December 9, 2020 through today. They have been very professional, easy to deal with and carefully matched caregivers to our aunt. I have recently run into unexpected medical problems which have required unexpected medical assistance, other than that at home. It was during my search for help that I discovered a true life saving company called “Always There”. Believe me, it has been an answer to my prayers.
Sherri, the owner, of this incredible agency has come to my rescue with kindness, knowledge and more help than I thought possible. She has taken my blood pressure and also aided when walks were necessary for evaluation. There is never a task she and her associates cannot do. I cannot sing this terrific agency praises enough. They are saving my life literally right now and I am so grateful to know there is help like this available. Next time you really need help keep them in mind. You will never be without expert assistance.

Whether you remember or not I reached out to you in the middle of the day from my handicapped daughter’s hospital room. The first time I called I didn’t leave a message but tried the number for another service but they too needed a message and I learned they weren’t in a nearby area. So I called you again expecting to leave a message, but you answered saying while you were dealing with another client you felt it important to answer a second call made so quickly to you. Somehow you dealt with us both at the same time. Then very quickly you were in my daughter’s hospital room to help me out. You found me a wonderful young lady to stay with my daughter that very night. I can’t tell you enough how much I appreciated your helpfulness to me and my daughter. Both you and your caregiver are awesome and in my heart forever. If you ever need a reference please ask me. And thank you ever so much for being there in a rough situation for me. I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for your personalized service during my recent recuperation. I needed daily help for a period of over two months and the caregivers were professional and caring. After a short while, you were able to send me the same person almost every day. She was wonderful, was always on time, dressed appropriately, anticipated my needs and helped me with activities of daily living. Light housecleaning was done as well as some meal preparations (friends provided most of my dinners). She drove me to doctor’s appointments, went supermarket shopping, and assisted in preparing my needed medications.

My husband and I suddenly came down with a horrible stomach flu, at almost the same moment. When I realized how sick we both were, I knew we needed help! I picked up the phone – it was about 10:30pm. Sherri, the Director, answered. She came to my house immediately and had wonderful caregivers here before midnight! The caregiving staff is fantastic! Kind, thoughtful, conscientious, and ready to go above and beyond!
