Our Selection Process

To be employed with Always There, an Applicant must be fully qualified to meet our high expectations.

Each Applicant has successfully completed our – Seven-Step Selection Process:

1. Impressive and Articulate Resume
2. Informal Phone Interview
3. One-On-One In-Person Interview with Sherri
4. Registered as a Home Care Aide with the State of California
5. State of California Department of Justice & FBI Fingerprint Background Clearance
6. Five (5) Hours of Training, including Orientation and Health and Safety Training; and
7. Reference Check
